Role Overview

As a Graduate Cybersecurity Consultant, you will contribute to a variety of Cybersecurity projects, providing technical inputs and applying knowledge gained from academic degree. The tasks would involved participating and contributing to project meetings with internal team and clients. Develop cybersecurity deliverables including Asset Register, Policies and procedures, cybersecurity assessments, risk assessments and cyber strategy documents.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Individual contribution: Contribute as a team member to help develop a variety of cybersecurity deliverables.

Risk Assessment: Scribe in ISA-62443-3-2 based cybersecurity risk assessments workshops.

System Architecture: Design defense-in-depth, ystem security architectures tailored to client needs.

Security Implementation: Document and implement OT cybersecurity controls and countermeasures, conducting gap assessments against frameworks and standards.

Scope of Services

· Provide engineering input to estimates for project work scopes.

· Participate in progress and planning meetings.

· Provide technical expertise for modifications to existing equipment or new purchases, including but not limited to:

o DCS, ESD, F&G, and Metering system modifications.

o Field Instrumentation (Pressure, Level, Temperature, Flow, Specialist Measurements).

o Valves and Industrial Networking.

o SIL, High Integrity Systems (HIPPS), and Measurement & Metering.

· Resolve technical queries and ensure all design changes are captured through the change control process.

· Conduct onshore and offshore site surveys.

· Produce calculations and participate in design reviews.

· Approve and check discipline documents; conduct interdisciplinary reviews where necessary.

· Produce discipline documentation deliverables for inclusion in work packs.

· Ensure compliance with company engineering procedures, industry standards, and client requirements.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have:

· 5 to 10 years’ experience in automation and control systems engineering.

· Proficiency in PLC programming (Siemens TIA Portal, Rockwell Studio 5000, etc.).

· Hands-on experience with HMI & SCADA development (Wonderware, WinCC, Ignition, etc.).

· Strong understanding of industrial communication networks (Ethernet/IP, Modbus, PROFINET).

· Ability to interpret electrical schematics and control system diagrams.

· Degree/HNC in Electrical, Automation, or Control Engineering (or equivalent).

Nice-to-Have:

· Experience in functional safety systems (SIL-rated PLCs).

· Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices in OT environments (IEC 62443 awareness).

Key Responsibilities

1. Infrastructure Automation & Cloud Management

· Design, implement, and maintain cloud-based and on-premises infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).

· Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform, Ansible, or AWS CloudFormation.

· Deploy, optimize, and scale containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes (EKS, AKS, ECS).

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have:

· 5-15 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).

· Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) with experience in cloud security best practices.

· Strong experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, EKS, AKS).

· Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Ansible, or AWS CDK.

· Control Systems Knowledge: Broad understanding of various control system OEMs (e.g., AVEVA, Rockwell Automation, Siemens, Schneider).

· Industrial Networking: Proficiency with industrial networking protocols such as CIP, DNP3, Modbus, PROFINET, IEC 61850, PRP, and REP.

Desired Skills:
